YOGASANA CLASS DESCRIPTION

Yogasanas are techniques that the body uses for awareness, relaxation, concentration and meditation. The objective is to make the body supple so that the postures which seemed difficult or impossible to do will become easy, and steadiness and grace of movement will develop. In the class we will practice the asanas of Ashtanga Yoga and we will also build custom made according to the needs, limits and wishes of the students. Much attention will be payed to the alignment and adjustment of the participants.

Class opens with the universal mantra to cleanse the energy of the space to practice yoga, prepare the mind, body and emotions for the sequence.

Class closes with the universal mantra to bring the practice to a peaceful end.
