Grounding Awakening Clarity

Yoga Bliss brings you to a sublime state of relaxation by means of a conscious awareness of the deep sleep state while remaining awake.

The class begins with a breath practice to energise your body and balance your lifeforce. We continue with a short practice combining breath and waves of movement to mobilise and warm your body before a short sequence of grounding yin style yoga postures.

The posture sequence is followed by a 10 minute guided meditation in a seated position, with your mind focused on a simple mantra or the freedom of your breath. 

Finally you lie down and are guided through a 30 minute Yoga Nidra, a visualisation that takes you through every part of your body, systematically activating and then releasing tension. The class ends with a gentle awakening of your body, mind, and breath into clarity and freedom.
